Architecture Awards at Swaim Associates

At Swaim Associates, our approach involves ongoing collaboration and communication with our clients to fulfill their design visions. Ultimately, our goal with every project we take on is to fully address the needs of our clients while also enhancing the communities where our designs will be implemented. This approach has yielded numerous innovative, functional designs that have gained regional and national recognition with numerous architecture awards throughout the years. We are proud to have been involved in so many award winning designs, many of which have been recognized specifically for their positive impact on the surrounding community.

One of the most meaningful recognitions we have been honored with is the Metropolitan Pima Alliance’s Common Ground Award, which celebrates the uniqueness and impact on the greater community of new projects. The winning projects are widely viewed as the “gold standard” of design and construction within the region.
