Swaim Associates has designed several distinguished buildings throughout the Tucson area including Mica Mountain High School, the TCC Doubletree Hotel, TMC Rincon Hospital, Canyon del Oro Bible Church, SpaWell at Hilton Conquistador, the Refinery at the Bridges, and our own offices at Speedtano Corporate Center.

We have worked in collaboration with other architecture firms on the designs of several incredible Tucson facilities, including University of Arizona Health Sciences Innovation Building, TEP Headquarters, AC Hotel Tucson, and the new AZPM facility at the Bridges. We have been honored to take part in expansions and renovations of existing Tucson landmarks, including the Fox Theatre, Reid Park Zoo, and Tucson Convention Center.
