Kevin joined Swaim Associates in 1996 and became a principal in 2007. Over his time with Swaim he has developed a diverse portfolio of public and private projects. Kevin enjoys working closely with his clients to fully understand their vision, encouraging them to think beyond the basic project needs.
Kevin is able to provide an outside perspective for clients while approaching each project as an individual and unique design effort. His years of experience and organizational skills enable him to manage complex and challenging projects in an effective and enjoyable manner. With unwavering positivity and creativity, he is passionate about sparking new ideas for our clients to solve their individual project needs.
