Vantage West Credit Union had a vision for a new Interactive Financial Center, which our team helped them achieve. Unlike most financial branches, this branch has no formal teller line. Credit union members are immediately greeted by a financial representative and directed to one of the interaction or ATM kiosks. This one-on-one personal service provides the foundation for building the member experience by fostering lasting relationships. This branch also has a Financial Services Component that provides a wide range of member services and boasts three drive‑up ATM lanes.
