World View is a near space, stratospheric exploration company that engineers, manufactures and deploys high altitude balloons for commercial, research, surveillance and tourism operations. The 140,000 square foot World View headquarters includes a 600’ long balloon manufacturing facility, high bay fabrication and assembly, avionics and testing, and a 100’ tall tower for parachutes. The 20,000 square foot mezzanine provides an open collaborative environment for administration and operations, as well as mission control. The mezzanine, break area and fitness room overlook the Space Port Tucson 700’ diameter launch pad. The World View Headquarters were designed and built in 12 months.
