Professional Experience

Kevin Barber’s experience spans a wide range of public, private, and government project types, including university buildings, schools, wellness centers, museums, recreation centers, athletic facilities, and community centers.  His diverse portfolio and experience on large and small projects requiring the coordination of many disciplines has given him the ability to manage complex and challenging projects in an effective and enjoyable manner.  Kevin is thorough, organized, and committed to excellence.  Clients and colleagues alike appreciate his design skills and work ethic, as well as his sense of humor.  Kevin is a LEED Accredited Professional and a champion of sustainable design.

Kevin Barber joined Swaim Associates in 1996 and became a principal in 2007.
