Mike has been with Swaim Associates since 2005 and became a principal at the firm in 2016. He has been in the architecture field for more than 38 years, and specializes in residential, educational, health care, religious, and commercial projects.
Mike is adept at problem solving, remembering small details, and communicating effectively. His personal motto is that communication is the key to success.
Thanks to his strong communication skills, Mike often serves as a project manager. Additionally, his attention to the fine details is essential when he is completing construction documents and managing construction administration tasks.
In every project, Mike is an eager problem solver, always seeking ways to resolve design, budgeting, or construction challenges that may arise.
When Mike is not at the office, he enjoys heading outdoors for a round of disc golf or traveling and camping, preferably at the beach, to get a break from the Arizona heat.
