Tucson Convention Center Hotel, a DoubleTree by Hilton is a 6 story, 170 room full-service hotel, with a second story pool, 4,000 sf of meeting and event space. The Tucson Convention Center Planned Area Development zoning was updated to facilitate this project and integrated input from the adjacent neighborhoods. This project improves the economics of the TCC which has enhanced downtown and the greater Tucson Community.
