Swaim Associates has designed five separate phases of improvements for Accelerate Diagnostics, a Tucson bio-tech company that is developing a fast system for testing patient samples for pathogens. They have created a piece of equipment that does the tests and a kit for the samples that fits into it and have received FDA approval.
