The A Thru Z facility, Phase 1 of a 120,000 SF master planned manufacturing/warehousing complex in Rita Ranch, encompasses 30,000 SF of light manufacturing space, 5,000 SF of administration offices, and 15,000 SF of shell space. The steel grid wraps around the tilt-up concrete and Kalwall shell. The management bridge spans from the entry through the building to cantilever over the manufacturing space. Completed in 2004 for $3.24 million, this facility came in at just under $65/SF, which was extremely cost effective for the marketplace at that time.
